What is needed to make delicious Danish pastry
All our products are made with
natural ingredients if possible, and only the best
butter, flour, fresh yeast,
eggs and margarine is used. With the technique developed
hundreds of years ago in Denmark, the
dough is used to make a thin and delicate pastry with 144
layers, then hand-crafted
to perfection before being shaped into individual pastry
items. Handed
down from generation to generation, our authentic
recipes means we can continue the tradition of making
fine pastry, like you've never tasted before.

Pastry right to
your door and into your oven
All products are shipped express and come ready to serve
immediately or for freezing. For best results, reheat in
a preheated 180 degree oven for 4-6 minutes, or
longer if frozen. Serve at room temperature. Microwave
heating is not recommended.

How
long will our pastry stay fresh
All our Danish
pastry are baked fresh daily then frozen and specially
packaged to preserve freshness. Once thawed, pastry stay
fresh for 5 to 7 days. Our Danish pastry are safe to
freeze and refreeze and will keep in the freezer for up
to 1 year, but should not be refrigerated.
